Our Guarantee
Our product guarantee is very simple. If we ever ship a product that doesn't meet your expectations, we'll either issue a refund or arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. Refunds are issued at the discretion of management and will be paid only by company.
Minimum order Quantities
We have a minimum order quantity 50 pcs each designs for new order and 5 pcs each designs for ready stock times

Sample Orders
If you're a first-time customer, you can place a assorted sample order to evaluate the quality of our jewelry.
We do not have a minimum order quantity for samples per product (you can order 1 piece), but we do have a minimum order samples amount (merchandise, not including shipping) of $200.00.
Custom Designs
In addition to the designs shown on our website, we also make a wide range of custom jewelry for our customers. If you would like us to prepare a quotation for manufacturing a custom design based on your photograph, drawing, or specification, just Contact us
and we'll take it from there.
Lead-time to Ship
We begin manufacturing your order as soon as we receive your advance payment. The length of time before an order is ready to ship depends on the size of the order and the number of pieces per product. We often can ship small orders from stock, but large orders can take as long as 4 weeks to manufacture. To avoid disappointment, please assume that it will be approximately 3 weeks before your order is ready to ship. We will advise you of the expected shipping date within a day or two after we receive your payment.

Bank Transfer - We maintain bank accounts in the PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK can receive SWIFT transfers. If you choose this method, we'll send you full information as soon as we receive your order.

About Shipping  All orders are shipped from our factory in DELHI, INDIA to your shipping address. Our system automatically calculates shipping fees based on the packed weight of your order , your location, and the shipping method.
We ensure hassle free shipping of consignments. So, once you have placed your order, we will check our inventory and then send you an email containing your order summary and the dates we expect your merchandise to be packed and ready for shipment. Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming that it is ready to ship.
We have 4 standard shipping methods: DHL Courier,TNT Courrier,UPS courrier,FEDEX courrier, MA AIR SERVICES, Express Mail Service , Air Parcel Post Insured, and Surface Parcel Post Insured BY AIR and Cargo forwarding agent by SEA for LCL OR FCL. Depending the weight of your order and where you're located.
Because our products are relatively inexpensive, the packed weight of even a small order can be quite high. Choosing the right shipping method is always a trade-off between speed and expense. We review every order individually and will advise you if we believe that you have selected an inappropriate shipping method or if there are other methods that you should consider. For example, sea freight is usually the least expensive way to ship a high-weight order, but our system cannot quote a fee automatically - we have to get a quotation from a shipping company.
If you have special shipping requirements, or if there is no standard shipping method available, for your order, you can select the "Request Shipping Quotation" method.
We provide complete and accurate shipping documentation with every order, including all documentation needed for reduced or duty-free tariff treatment under the Generalized System of Preferences. Nevertheless, you may be required to pay import duty and/or other taxes to your local customs authority before your package is released for delivery.
